RomiCare is a paid, one-time medical bill assessment. Here's exactly what happens after you submit a bill.
1. You submit your bill and documents
Case details (provider, dates, amounts) plus your bill, EOB, and any related paperwork, uploaded securely. Takes about five minutes. You'll also authorize RomiCare to review this specific case and pay a one-time flat fee.
2. AI-assisted first pass
Our system extracts the details from your documents and runs a structured first-pass review against our standard methodology — checking for duplicate charges, EOB mismatches, coding questions, insurance-processing issues, and more.
3. Human review
A person on our team checks every AI-generated finding against your actual documents before anything is finalized. Nothing AI produces reaches you unreviewed.
4. You get a written report
Organized into verified facts, potential issues, open questions, opportunities, and recommended next steps — in plain language, with reasoning you can follow.
