RomiCareReview My Bill

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly do I get for the fee?

A written assessment of your bill: verified facts from your documents, potential issues we found, open questions that need confirmation, opportunities to reduce or correct what you owe, and specific recommended next steps.

Do you negotiate with my provider or insurer?

Not yet. Phase 1 RomiCare is an assessment service — we tell you what we find and what we'd do next. Your authorization does permit us to communicate with providers/insurers on your behalf if that becomes part of the service; for now, the deliverable is the report.

How long does it take?

Most assessments are delivered within 3 business days of submitting a complete case (documents, authorization, and payment all received).

What documents do I need?

At minimum, the bill itself. An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurer makes the review significantly more useful. Itemized bills, denial letters, and any related correspondence help too.

Is my information kept private?

Your documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled storage and only accessible to the people working your case. We never sell your information or use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Do you use AI?

Yes, to help extract information and do a first-pass review against our standard methodology. A person checks every AI-generated finding against your actual documents before anything is finalized — nothing AI produces reaches you unreviewed.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Contact us — see our Terms of Service for the current refund policy.

Can you guarantee my bill will go down?

No. We can tell you what we find and what options that creates, but we can't guarantee any specific financial outcome.
